Investment Basics & How to Begin
You have done research, clipped articles out of magazine and have made sure that your 4 Pillars (Credit, Insurance, Savings and Health) are in place and now you are ready to take action.  Attendees will learn about different types of investments, investment accounts and what type of investor they are ranging from Aggressive to Conservative.

Investing During a Slowing Economy: Tools & Tips
All of the volatility we are witnessing in the economy of the U.S. and abroad has let many investors confused about what they should be doing right now.  We discuss how to build a diversified portfolio to protect yourself from economic headwinds.  (Why is the Economy So Bad?) We also how to build on your skills and talents. 

Investment Strategies
Attendees learn "4 Steps to Defining Your Investment Strategy", how to allocated funds between different investment vehicles like stocks, mutual funds, exchange traded funds and real estate.  You will also learn different investment methodologies like and how to maximize the use of retirement planning vehicles (Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA's) and 401k Plans). 

Socially Responsible Investing
Did you know that you can invest in a portfolio of stocks that incorporate environmental, social and governance standards towards building an socially responsible portfolio?  Attendees learn how to approach investing by only choosing companies that fit their own social responsibility criteria.

Event Driven Workshops

Pre-Marital Checklist
You may have already chosen the color pallet, the bridesmaids dresses and the groomsmen's tuxedos, but do you know who between the two of you will be responsible for paying the bills?  How much money can your spouse spend without having a conversation?  Is your definition of financial success the same as your partners?  Attendees get a chance to take a break from wedding planning and perform exercises towards understanding how you will relate when you are in and outside of your money season.

Pre-Baby Checklist
Do you know how much it costs on average to take care of one child until they are 18?  Attendees learn about my own personal experiences and mistakes made in preparation for the arrival of an addition to the family.

Pre-College Checklist
While an IPad and deodorant might be at the top of a college freshman's list we will also discuss the pitfalls of over utilizing credit and under utilizing advice from those who have gone before you.  We discuss networking skills, study habits, relationships and nutrition. As a former student athlete I also share my personal triumphs and failures at handling both while at the University of Pennsylvania.

Pre-1st Home Purchase
Attendees get introduced to the home buying process and learn how to avoid 1st time home buyer mistakes.

Post-College Checklist
Working after college is no longer a guarantee.  We examine options post college grads have for continuing the education, moving back home or how to find a job for now until you can begin the career your want.
